Bar

The hotel’s striking black & silver bar is a seriously dramatic setting. Before sunset, it offers a soothing space for informal dining from the light menu. After dark, Belfast’s party scene gather to lap up tongue-tingling cocktails & seriously good champagne amidst its buzzy atmosphere

Each Mal Bar and brasserie has an impressive cellar, courtesy of their world class group sommelier Johnny Walker.

Restaurant

The stylish Brasserie serves tasty French bistro-style cooking complemented by locally inspired dishes from the closest thing to wild salmon perfection of the Belveliy Smokeries to the wonderfully tasty wild boar sausages of Jilly Doogan, Malmaison have them all and more on their new Homegrown & Local menu in the Brasserie. The Private Dining Room overlooking the Bar provides a more secluded space for entertaining.

For active types the Mal Gym room is perfectly kitted out with resistance and running machines, not to mention free weights. However complimentary use of local Arena Health club is included.
