The rich cultural and historical development of Belfast is best illustrated through art and relic and both museums and galleries are a rich source of information on the background of the city. The development of art in Belfast has been positively dynamic and we have a rich and creative pool of talent which is just a click away. The Ulster Museum will reopen in the autumn of 2009 after a multimillion pound refurbishment and will update to a state of the art finish however this area of the site will take you to the wonders that create a foundation for our city.

Memorial House - which was situated in Waring Street on a site which was bombed during the Blitz in 1941.  The exhibition is free of charge to visitors.
