Cinemagic Lisburn – Film Festival for Young Children

Last year Cinemagic and Lisburn City Council launched the first week long programme of media and moving image events for schools and young people in the Lisburn area during the period: 30th March – 5th April 2009. The initiative was part of a series of events marking the 400th Anniversary of Lisburn.

The exciting programme took place at various venues around the city including ISLAND Arts Centre and the Lisburn Omniplex, the festival hosted special screenings for primary and secondary schools together with industry masterclasses in television and film-making, clay animation and radio production.
