independent companies such as International House and DNI
Languages.com providing courses in written and spoken English,
Belfast is the ideal city in which to study.
There are always workshops and lectures taking place in the city
covering everything from modern European language(including
English) to Italian cinema to Celtic goldwork to Irish literature
of the early 20th Century. The two universities run exciting
programmes that don’t cost the earth and there are independent
workshops taking place throughout the city, some taking place over
the lunchtime with others taking place over the course of days or
weeks. As we receive notification we post such workshops and
lectures on our site and the daily Belfast newspapers publish
details on a regular basis.
