Leisure Centres

Gym members Belfast City Council manages 10 leisure centres across the City offering activities such as swimming, five-a-side football, squash, aerobics, spinning and trampolining, as well as fitness suites, tennis courts and other sports facilities. Staff are qualified and can arrange an induction and design a fitness programme especially for you.

As well as dedicated Kidzfit gyms at the Falls and Shankill Leisure Centres, centres offer a range of classes and facilities to suit every fitness level and there are lots of activities to help older people stay in shape including dedicated Seniorcise classes and old time dance sessions.

Fitness suites are invaluable if you want to get fit and fitness suites have got the latest cardiovascular and resistance machines and fully-qualified coaches can tailor-make a fitness programme to suit your needs.
