The centre is truly a magical place for all ages offering wild woodland walks, soft play areas, events and workshops, art exhibitions, retail therapy and after your visit you can relax in the Loughshore Cafe over coffee or lunch. In Autumn visitors can witness almost the entire population of migratory Brent Geese.

Open 7 days a week, except 24 and 25 December. November to January - Monday to Friday: 10.00am to 4.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 4.30pm

February - Monday to Friday: 10.00am to 4.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5.00pm

March to June - Monday to Sunday: 10.00am to 5.00pm, July and August - Monday to Sunday: 10.00am to 5.30pm

September and October: Monday to Sunday: 10.00am to 5.00pm. The centre will remain open until 5.30pm on Bank and Public Holidays during the spring and summer months.

The centre is located 2.5 miles from Comber on the Ballydrain Road, off the A22 Comber/Killyleagh Road.From Belfast follow the A22 towards Comber until you reach the roundabout. Turn right on to the A22 Comber/Killyleagh/Downpatrick road then turn first left at the Ballydrain Road.Free car parking is available at the centre.
