Price
The price listed on the website for our products will be stipulated at
the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to
make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's
prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an
error or omission or if the price on the website is wrong.
BVCB Guarantee / Refund Policy
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you receive, or they have
been damaged in transit, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for
a replacement or a full refund. We will ask you to return the item(s) to us,
keeping a proof of posting, and when we have received the item(s) we will
issue a refund or replacement(s) whichever is requested. We will only refund
the postage paid when the item is found to be defective or incorrectly
supplied from the original order.
