Londonderry
Tower Museum
Set in the county of Londonderry the city of Derry is the
only completely walled city in the British Isles and is known as
the “maiden city” because its walls were never breached. Make the
Tower Museum your first stop while in the city. This museum tells
the history of the Derry, covering its colourful history from the
Plantation, through to the Siege of Derry and the city’s fractious
political past.
Guildhall
Don't miss the magnificent neo-Gothic Guildhall, which has one
of the largest and most striking collections of stained glass
windows in Ireland. County Londonderry has a rich and varied
cultural heritage. The rivers are perfect for angling enthusiasts
and with mountains, valleys, forests and lakes in abundance it is
the perfect destination for those passionate about outdoor
pursuits.
